This post shares a complete set of Balance Druid macros, covering opener, rotation, burst, and survivability. Like our recent Shadow Priest macro set, these macros are optimized specifically for the Elune's Chosen Hero Talent tree and may not work effectively if you're using a different Hero spec.
Here’s the suggested talent import string:

Balance Druid Opener Macro
This macro casts Moonfire and Sunfire during your opener. Due to passive effects from talents, you don’t need to cast Sunfire repeatedly, but Moonfire is reapplied when you swap targets — great for spreading DoTs quickly in AoE fights.
Balance Druid Rotation Macro
This macro follows a 2+8 rotation: two casts of Wrath to trigger Eclipse (Lunar), followed by eight casts of Starfire during the eclipse. If your Haste is low and the eclipse ends early, feel free to reduce to a 2+6 or 2+7 cycle for smoother pacing.
Balance Druid Burst Macro
This macro triggers your core cooldowns: Incarnation: Chosen of Elune, Fury of Elune, and Warrior of Elune. It also uses both trinkets. Due to the macro limit, Tempered Potion is excluded by default — if you prefer, you can replace the Moonkin Form
line with a potion cast.
Balance Druid Survival Macro
This macro transforms you into Bear Form and activates Barkskin. Pressing it again uses Frenzied Regeneration. If you hold a modifier key (Alt/Shift/Ctrl), it casts Renewal. Ironfur is also included and will cast if talented and resource allows.
What About Starsurge and Starfall?
These two core spenders — Starsurge for single target and Starfall for AoE — are best used manually. After building enough Astral Power with the rotation macro, cast them yourself for precise control and maximum DPS.
