Macros

This post shares Guardian Druid macros for the World of Warcraft: The War Within expansion. I will update them periodically. As mentioned in my About Me page, I focus on combat macros that are adapted to each version, rather than utility macros.

Guardian Druids in The War Within expansion rely heavily on macro efficiency due to the class’s reliance on reactionary defenses and cooldown stacking. These macros are designed to optimize survival and DPS simultaneously while reducing the need for manual keybinds in fast-paced environments like Mythic+ or solo elite world quests.

Each macro below has been carefully structured to ensure compatibility with common talents, including Lunar Beam, Rage of the Sleeper, and Incarnation. You can easily copy them and paste into your WoW interface using the provided copy buttons.

Guardian Druid Burst Macro

This macro is a general-purpose burst macro for Guardian Druids. It activates all available cooldowns, trinkets, and potions simultaneously for maximum burst.

General Rotation Macro

This macro handles general offensive rotation while in combat and automatically casts Barkskin. When holding any modifier key (Alt, Shift, Ctrl), it will cast Ironfur for defense. If you mouseover a target, it will charge to them.

Variant Macro with Tooth and Claw

This macro modifies the rotation to include Ravage and casts both Ironfur and Maul together to utilize Tooth and Claw procs.
