AOE Rotation Macro

This macro executes your standard AoE rotation. It prioritizes Epidemic for Runic Power expenditure and uses Festering Scythe when available. Holding a modifier key will trigger Outbreak instead of the rotation.

Why Outbreak? Because of the Infliction of Sorrow talent, which consumes the Virulent Plague DoT. Without that DoT, you can’t use Epidemic or Death Coil, making this macro's conditional Outbreak trigger a vital backup.
